Is this a euphemism for "fidelity", or do they really, genuinely mean "integrity"? In my mind "integrity" implies doing the right thing if it's not to the immediate benefit of those close to you, but that could very well involve whistleblowing or leaking information for the benefit of the greater good, which doesn't seem to be in line with what they want. Seems to me that they really mean they just want people who'd stay steadfastly loyal to themselves?
