When expensive products fail early and companies are unhelpful, I file formal complaints through the state attorney general’s consumer rights office. It’s usually just a matter of filling out an online form and perhaps uploading a few supporting documents. Companies become much more helpful when their lawyers are providing customer support instead of a minimum wage employee.
