From 2018-2021, firearm deaths went up from 2.5 to 3.3 to 3.7 per 100k 1-17 year olds.

During the same time, motor vehicle traffic deaths also went up from 2.8 to 3.1 to 3.4 per 100k 1-17 year olds.
